About the Event
It is undeniable that reducing our consumption of animal products and eating more plants can improve our health and benefit the planet in more ways than you can imagine. Even swapping 2-3 meals a week for plant-based dishes has the power to lower cholestrol, boost our energy and improve our gut health. Making this change is often percieved as difficult to do, tasteless and boring. Hannah is on a mission to squash that misconception!
This class is for both meat eaters looking for ways to reduce their meat intake and vegetarian or vegans looking to widen their repertoire of whole plant-foods.
During this demonstration, Hannah will serve up some incredibly tasty, fuss free, highly nutritious recipes that make great alternatives to meat dishes, whilst sharing how eating more plants can benefit you. You will have the opportunity to taste the dishes during the class and take home the recipes to try out on your friends and family.
