About the Event
During this demonstration, Hannah will serve up some delicious simple whole food alternatives to meat whilst sharing how eating more plants can benefit you. You will be introduced to a selection of highly nutritious options and shown how to use them to maximise taste and health benefits. This class is not only for vegetarian/ vegans looking to widen their repertoire of plant-foods but also meat eaters looking for ways to reduce their meat intake alike. You will have the opportunity to taste the dishes during the class and take home the recipes to try out on your friends and family.
