Do you regularly experience irresistible urges to reach for sugary treats, salty snacks or refined carbs, even when you’re not hungry? If so, you are not alone. Cravings for junk food are one of the greatest challenges we face when trying to create a healthier lifestyle… but it doesn’t need to be an uphill battle!
It’s time to stop beating ourselves up for diving head first into a family pack of crisps and instead learn simple ways to manage and satisfy our cravings without depriving or restricting ourselves.
During this fun and informative class Hannah will share tips on how you can reduce your cravings and demonstrate some delicious, fuss free, healthy recipes that will satisfy even the strongest of cravings, without sacrificing the good taste.
